The Fall/Winter 2011 collection from Heritage Research is taking reference from pioneering aviatrix Amelia Earhart and the female W.A.S.P pilots of WWII.
Earhart frequently wore mens shirts while working and flying. This was most likely due to function as most womens garments at the time were highly impractical. The H.R. Oxford Shirt has been inspired by that aviation legacy. Shown here in blue colour, the shirt is made of Japanese hickory stripe linen, and features an authentic signature bluff pocket. Fitted flattering cut. Made in England.
