    Hong Kong, China and Macau orders will be shipped using S.F. Express delivery service. Free shipping international orders will be shipped with Hong Kong Post. International orders will be shipped using Hong Kong Post delivery service unless the order is subject to an upgrade to FedEx or subject to our free upgrade offer with FedEx.

    For shipping addresses outside Hong Kong and China, we offer an upgrade to FedEx delivery at flat rate of HKD$100. Any custom duties or taxes will have to be paid by the customer (do I need to include this considering the duties and taxes section).

    For orders (Excluding Hong Kong and China) above $2,500, will deliver your order with FedEx for free.

    In Hong Kong and Mainland China, orders are delivered 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and statutory Public Holidays (Hong Kong).

    Rest of the World
    Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, subject to International delivery times in your country.

    Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

    Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during out sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
